Each result is fixed by a pre-committed server seed, your client seed and the bet's nonce - and because the algorithm is identical, this verifier reproduces Shuffle outcomes byte-for-byte.

How Shuffle provably fair works

Shuffle commits to a server seed by showing you its SHA-256 hash before you bet. You choose a client seed and each wager increments a nonce. The outcome is HMAC-SHA256 keyed by the unhashed server seed over the message clientSeed:nonce:round - exactly the construction Stake popularised.

The 32-byte HMAC is sliced into 4-byte groups and each group becomes a float in the range 0 to 1. Shuffle's games then translate those floats into results: a single float for Dice, Limbo, Crash and Blitz; a seeded Fisher-Yates shuffle for Mines, Keno, Blackjack, Hilo and Baccarat; per-row floats for Plinko, Dragon Tower and Wheel.

Since the server seed is locked before the bet, Shuffle cannot change an outcome retroactively. Rotate your seed pair in the Fairness panel to reveal the old server seed, paste it above, and confirm the result matches.
