How Winna provably fair works

Winna publishes a SHA-256 hash of its server seed up front as a commitment it cannot walk back. You pick a client seed; each bet bumps a nonce. The result comes from HMAC-SHA256 with the unhashed server seed as the key and clientSeed:nonce:round as the message.

Each 32-byte HMAC yields eight floats (four bytes each, b0/256 + b1/256^2 + ...). Winna's games consume those floats per their own rules - one value for Dice, Limbo and Coin Flip, a shuffle for Mines, Keno, Blackjack and Hilo, per-step values for Plinko, Dragon Tower, Roulette and Wheel.

The pre-commitment means Winna can't retro-edit a result. Rotate seeds in Winna's fairness settings to expose the old server seed, then verify any earlier bet above.
