Stake Rock Paper Scissors turns an HMAC-SHA256 value - built from your server seed, client seed and nonce - into one of three throws: rock, paper or scissors. Throw #1 from the seed is your game result; the same seed also generates the following throws in sequence as RNG proof.
Because the throw depends only on the seed pair and nonce, it is fully reproducible and was fixed before the round. The hashed server seed is the commitment; once revealed on rotation, anyone can recompute the gesture and confirm it was honest.
It is an even-money game versus the house's hidden throw, carrying roughly a 1% house edge, so a win pays just under 2x, a tie returns your stake, and the RTP is about 99%. Each round is independent of the last, and no gesture is more likely than another.
