Stake Roulette uses a single-zero wheel with pockets 0 to 36. The winning pocket is derived from an HMAC-SHA256 value over your server seed, client seed and nonce, scaled to one of the 37 pockets - decided before the visual spin begins. Your inside and outside bets are settled against that fixed number.
Since the pocket depends only on the seed pair, the outcome is committed and checkable. The hashed server seed is the casino's pre-commitment; once revealed on rotation, anyone can reproduce the winning number and confirm the spin was honest.

Every roulette bet on a single-zero wheel carries the same 2.7% edge, so no combination of inside and outside bets changes the expected value - covering more numbers just lowers variance while raising cost.
