Stake Wheel divides a ring into segments, each carrying a multiplier that depends on the number of segments and the risk level you choose - low, medium or high. The winning segment is an HMAC-SHA256 value over your server seed, client seed and nonce, scaled to the segment count, and is fixed before the spin animation.
Because the landing segment is bound to the seed pair, the result is committed and reproducible. The hashed server seed is the pre-commitment; once revealed on rotation, the winning segment and its multiplier can be rebuilt and checked.
Wheel payouts depend on the segment count and risk. Low risk fills the ring with small, frequent multipliers and few losers; high risk replaces most segments with sub-1x or zero outcomes and concentrates value in rare high multipliers. The house edge sits around 1-3% depending on configuration, for an RTP in the high 90s.
