Stake's provably-fair system is the reference design the rest of the crypto-casino industry copied. Every Originals result - Dice, Mines, Plinko, Limbo, Keno and the rest - is generated by HMAC-SHA256 from a server seed Stake commits to before you bet, your own client seed, and an incrementing nonce. Paste the revealed seeds above and this tool rebuilds the exact outcome in your browser.
Runs entirely in your browser - your seeds never leave this device.
Provably fair verification lets anyone independently recompute a game's result from its server seed, client seed and nonce - confirming the casino could not have altered the outcome after the bet. Browse all casinos & games

Before your first bet, Stake shows you a SHA-256 hash of a secret server seed - a fingerprint it cannot change later. You set a client seed (any text you like) and every bet increments a nonce. To produce a result, Stake computes HMAC-SHA256 using the unhashed server seed as the key and the string clientSeed:nonce:round as the message.
The HMAC output is 32 bytes. Stake reads them four at a time and converts each group to a number between 0 and 1 with the formula b0/256 + b1/256^2 + b2/256^3 + b3/256^4. When a game needs more than eight values the round counter increments and a fresh HMAC is computed, so the byte stream never runs out. Each game then maps those floats to its own outcome - a dice roll, a Fisher-Yates shuffle, a Plinko path.
Because the server seed was committed in advance, Stake cannot alter a result after seeing your bet. When you rotate your seed pair, Stake reveals the old server seed - drop it into the verifier with the matching client seed and nonce, and a matching result proves the round was honest.
Stake runs all 16 house Originals on this single algorithm: Dice, Limbo and Crash from one float; Mines, Keno, Blackjack, Hilo and Baccarat from a seeded shuffle; and Plinko, Dragon Tower, Wheel and Pump from per-step floats. Every one is reproducible above from the same three inputs.
Yes, and you can prove it yourself. Every Originals result is HMAC-SHA256 of a pre-committed server seed, your client seed and the nonce. This tool recomputes it independently, so you never have to take Stake's word for it.
HMAC-SHA256 with the server seed as the key and clientSeed:nonce:round as the message, converted to floats four bytes at a time. It is the scheme nearly every other crypto casino - Shuffle, Winna, Yeet and more - later adopted.
No. The result depends on the server seed, which Stake only reveals after you rotate seeds. Nothing can compute a future outcome before that, so any 'Stake predictor' is a scam. This verifier only checks rounds that already happened.
Open Fairness in your Stake settings and rotate your seed pair. Rotating reveals the previous server seed in its unhashed form - that is the value you paste here to verify earlier bets.
